Debt capital is the capital that an enterprise raises by taking out a loan or using appropriate capital from the units and individuals. Debt capital is from bank credit, trade credit and bond. It plays an important part tải w88 capital for the enterprise; however, the possibility tải w88 mobilizing the debt capital is now difficult. Based on the analyzing debt capital raising activities tải w88 enterprises in recent time, this paper makes some proposals for improving the performance tải w88 debt capital mobilization activities tải w88 Vietnamese enterprises.
